Ballarat Indian Association Inc. (BIAinc), was founded on 02 March 2007.

BIAinc is a non-political and not-for-profit volunteer-based community service organisation.

We endeavour to build stronger communities and create an atmosphere of harmonious living in Ballarat and the Central Highlands Region.
